1. Make sure that the model is Realme X2 Pro (RMX1931);

2. 4. Please make sure that the phone has internal storage space above 5GB, otherwise, there is a risk of an upgrade failure. (Check storage space method: Settings>Other settings>Storage space);

5. Please make sure that your mobile phone is not ROOTED and the battery is above 60%.

6. Please make sure that the IMEI 1 number you submitted is correct, otherwise, you will not receive the new system push even if you receive the SMS for registration.

7. After the update, The return method of realme X2 Pro will be provided later, and the announcement time is to be determined
